I am a suburban farmer, landscape designer, detritus sculptor, graphic
artist and scenic painter and have been since around 1976.
I sailed around the world as a work-away, served as a lighthouse
keeper, worked to integrate the Aboriginal population of Australia
into to urban areas, eked out a living in a rain forest, made an urban
garden in Atlantic City, studied art as apprentice in New Jersey,
showed personal works in Phoenix, AZ., became a scenic painter for a
studio, painted the Superbowl Stage and surrounds three years running
and became a graphic art supervisor and software tech for art work
before getting conscripted by a toy company in Oxnard in 2000.
All these experiences inform my work. Now I pursue my fine art
production along with my regeneration of the earth efforts as my
garden is both solace and inspiration. I enjoy representational art,
loose impressionist landscapes and abstract expressionist explosions
of emotion.
I enjoy using permaculture to regenerate the earth, understand the
natural process and dine on what I grow.
